Visiting the website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it does not collect personal data about you while you browse.
The only thing the site stores is your choice of language or region, saved in your own browser (local storage) so we don’t have to ask again. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, Netlify may log technical information such as your IP address to keep the service secure and running. This is handled under Netlify’s privacy policy. Fonts and images are served from this website – no data is sent to third parties such as Google when the page loads.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you write to us to answer your question and follow up on it. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law – for example accounting rules.
Job applications
When you apply for a job or send an open application, we process the information you share – typically your CV, contact details and cover letter – to assess your application. Applications for a specific role are kept until the recruitment is finished. Open applications are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Links to other websites
This website links to other services, such as Equisport.tv and our press room at ViaTT. They have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at info@equisport.tv to use any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
